The S-XV1000 is designed to totally integrate audio and video systems. It connects, and dubs between, three video components, creates surround or theater effects for video programs, simulates stereo from mono programs, corrects color, and has many more amazing and useful functions. Connections for 3 VCRs with dubbing from VCR-A to B, B to A and C to A/B. Remote control for switching 3 video programs and 4 audio programs, recalling FM/AM presets and adjusting volume. Surround sound with THEATER and QS SURROUND. DC-servo amp with 80 watts per channel for front; a second amp with 8 watts per channel for surround. "Multidimension" for simulated stereo. Joystick color corrector for white-balance compensation or special effects. Random presets for 16 FM and AM stations. RF converter (NTSC) for connection with conventional TV. Independent audio/video faders for tape editing. Audio/video processor terminals for video processor, graphic equalizer, etc. Subharmonic synthesizer for rich bass.
