The T-D7 cassette recorder was the last evolution of the compact cassette technology introduced by Pioneer in 1997. The combination of analog cassette and digital technology adopted by the T-D7 from Pioneer creates a rich, textured sound that goes beyond the bounds of what a cassette deck can offer. The 3-HEAD system + digital processing system delivers high quality digital sound. By adopting a 3-head system that uses dedicated heads for recording and playback, higher quality recording and playback is possible. In addition, simultaneous monitoring is possible during recording, allowing you to check the state recorded on the tape while playing it back. The digital processing system converts the music signal from analog to digital during recording and playback and processes the signal. As a result, there is less degradation of the music signal during the signal processing process, and in combination with digital FLAT and 3 heads, the performance of the tape used can be maximized to enable higher quality recording. Furthermore, during playback, digital noise reduction can be used to achieve noiseless sound up to CD-level S/N90dB, digital FLEX can correct high-frequency sounds on muffled tapes, and legato link conversion can be used to widen the bandwidth up to 40kHz, allowing you to play back tapes recorded on other decks or in the past with higher quality sound. Pioneer's new "Z-Concept" is the basis for the deck's more faithful signal processing and playback. All processes from signal detection to transmission and conversion use advanced technology, ensuring stable signal detection and accurate signal processing. The deck is also equipped with optical digital input terminals on the front and rear panels, allowing you to connect and record digital signals from CDs, MDs, etc. (Supports 44.1kHz sampling.)
