The Creation DC-Z9000 was an advanced optical components system introduced by Victor (JVC) for the Japanese market in 1988 under the Robot Compo World slogan. This is a luxurious top of the line midi Hi-Fi system with wood side panels and full system remote control. First there is a CD player that transmits audio signal to the amplifier via optical digital output. In addition to the track number and playing time artist name and song title can be displayed using a word processor for manual input. The amplifier is equipped with D/A converter and it delivers 130W/ch using Victor's proprietary Class A circuit. The cassette recorder features fully independent dual quick reverse deck for recording and playback. The use of Dolby HX Pro (dynamic bias) enables high-quality recording with any type of tape. The multi-program timer tuner features 36 station preset and sleep/wake timer functions. The loudspeaker system is equipped with a 27cm cross carbon woofer with aluminum die-cast frame and amorphous diamond coated tweeter. A fully automatic turntable and SEA electronic equalizer were sold as optional components.
