And so, here's Mezzo! The compact-size component system that renews your lifestyle. Enjoy the powerful, dynamic sound of Mezzo, the fruit of outstanding technology that fits into any urban, private space of yours. The MX-1 was sold on the Japanese market as Victor while on the international market it was branded as JVC. The MX-1 consists of two main units that can be placed side by side or on top of each other while the matching loudspeakers will match the front of the component both in vertical and horizontal position. The badge on the front of the loudspeaker can be rotated according to the loudspeakers position - we have this system in the 1001 Hi-Fi Collection, ...that's how we know. The amplifier section provides 2x30W + 40W for the subwoofer section. The loudspeakers have a labyrinth construction with internally mounted 12.5cm woofer and two 7.5cm front facing midrange units. At the back of the amplifier there is an innovative cooling system that consists of a vibrating disc that creates an air-flow to cool the amplifiers heat sinks. Quiet and efficient. There is also a 7-band equlizer, digital tuner with presets for 40 FM/AM radio stations, CD player and twin auto-reverse cassette deck with Dolby B. Size of the units: Amplifier-CD (WxHxD) 275x170x314mm, Tuner-Cassette (WxHxD) 275x170x274.5mm, Loudspeakers 170x340x260mm.
