The pictured model is the Japanese market model which is not labelled as ES Series but it has infrared receiver and a dedicated remote, the RM-900S. The export models were labelled as ES Series model but they did not have infrared receiver. This when you need to use the RM-88 system that consists of a infrared receiver that connects to the back of the unit and the remote control.
