In addition to dbx performance, this deck is equipped with block repeat capability and TEAC's new, superior CA head, High-performance CA (cobalt amorphous) head. This innovative head fully clears the characteristics of the 3-head system with just 2 heads, allowing the characteristics of the dbx system to be fully utilized. The V-3RX uses a 3-motor 3S (soft, smooth, silent) system. It is equipped with 2 motors for tape drive, 1 motor for operation, and even IC full logic control.
