The D 3300M from Hitachi is similar in concept to the previous D5500M. This machine offers all the advantages of the ATRS (Auto Tape Response System), Direct Drive tape transport and three-head configuration at a very reasonable price. A wired remote control is available as an optional extra. An LED indicator displays the operation of the ATRS programme and a memory is provided to store the results of the tests on the user's preferred brand of tape.
