The HR-X1 and X1 Limited are a new generation of high-definition super VHS video recorders that bring to another level Victor's original technology, the VHS system. In addition to the newly developed fast-response full-time full-loading super solid mechanism, a 19 micron track Sendust Super Crystal head is perfect for even higher image quality. The standard mode is equipped with a 58-micron super crystal head, and together with 3D digital YC separation/noise reduction, the total image quality is surprisingly beautifully polished. High Fidelity audio is also included, especially usefull for high quality recordings from the built-in "BS" satellite receiver. Two version of this model were available, the all black HR-X1 and the luxury silver model with wood side panels, the HR-X1 Limited.
